Purtroppo la mia esperienza presso il Novotel Milano Linate Airport è stata estremamente deludente. Mi è stata assegnata una camera al terzo piano (n. 325) che si è rivelata molto sporca e visibilmente datata. La moquette presentava macchie evidenti, in stanza erano presenti capelli ovunque, e l’aspetto generale ricordava più un motel trascurato che un hotel appartenente a una catena internazionale di livello. Il servizio di accoglienza è stato lento e disorganizzato, privo delle informazioni basilari che un ospite si aspetta all’arrivo. Inoltre, il Wi-Fi non era funzionante, nonostante fosse pubblicizzato come servizio incluso. Nel complesso, non posso assolutamente consigliare questa struttura, se non esclusivamente per la vicinanza all’aeroporto. Tuttavia, per chi cerca pulizia, decoro e un minimo di accoglienza professionale, ci sono sicuramente B&B più validi e affidabili nella stessa zona.

因為第二天要去機場趕飛機所以選擇了這家酒店，沒有想到成為整段旅程中最離譜的一段經歷。首先入住就花了我一個多小時。我現在一個櫃枱前排隊，一個金色卷長髮的員工在給我前面的人辦理入住，我看到前面的人走了我主動上前，她很粗暴無禮地對我説叫我叫我別在這裡入住，她在辦團體入住。那我請問在我排隊的時候為什麼不通知我？為什麼對別的白人住客非常有禮貌而對我這個亞洲人非常無禮？我認為該前台是一個種族歧視者。換到另一個前台的時候，酒店突然斷電了一分鐘，這個前台還用“今天已經發生過”這種話來“安慰”住客。又是漫長的等待，好不容易排到我（這個時候已經過去一小時了），交city tax的時候，由於我的移動付款經常刷不出來，第二天我就要飛走，晚上還要去市區見朋友，身上的現金想先留著應急，然後去市區裡兌一點現金。於是我提出明天退房的時候給（我在歐洲旅行從來沒有任何酒店和B&B逼迫客人必須當天入住立馬交city tax），前台在我早就付清所有住宿費的情況下，居然質問我“那我怎麼能知道你有錢交這筆費用？”請問該酒店的員工都是這麼粗魯**沒禮貌嗎？建議所有因為要坐飛機想要住得近的旅客也不要因為所謂近這一點而選這家。因為你必須打車（大概30歐吧，前台居然説10-15歐），路上都是高速，你沒有辦法走過去。要麼你得花5歐坐他們的班車（不是24小時）。還不如在市裡住一個服務好、衞生的酒店，打個車或者坐公交直達以免受氣。哦對了，他們衞生間的牆也不乾淨，完全不是大連鎖的衞生標準。

早餐非常好吃，員工都很熱情，在本次出差中吃的最滿意的一餐啦。而且這個酒店性價比也很高，房間環境也很乾凈。

Good service and cleanliness. Location is middle nowhere far from amenities. Far from supermarkets and laundrette and train/bus/tram stations. Path to front entrance is not pedestrian friendly. Good breakfast and dinners

相當 nice 的一個酒店。住的舒服。也很方便。是真的大床，不是兩張小床拼出來的大床。所以睡得很好。離機場也近。

Todo fue como esperaba el personal del hotel hablaba español por lo que no hubo problemas con el lenguaje. Habia maquinas de vending y cafe starbucks a buen precio.

It was very horrible 訂房網站 in Italy, the first day I arrived the Novotel Linate hotel my backpack was stolen in the hotel lobby almost full valuable stuff lost, it was most upset and traumatic experience I Ever had. You can’t imagine how bad it is in the hotel lobby, really ridiculous and unimaginable. The most awful thing I didn’t get any apologies from hotel. I reported the case to police station in Milano by myself, although I pleased to check the camera video and refused by hotel due to the dame human rights excuse, I am wondering if the stuff from hotel were stolen , won’t you check the camera or not? It was very suck for the Milano police, I am shame on them , in the past 20 days, nothing progress from them , moreover they seem didn’t come to hotel check after my report in their office. Very baaaaaaaad

We had an enjoyable 4-night stay here! Rooms were clean and the bed was soft and comfy, as expected of every Novotel hotels! Love the huge and spacious lobby and lounge area even though we did not use it but it looks so cosy and well furnished! Location wise is a little far from the city centre but there are trams outside the hotel that will take you there in 30mins. Do note that the air-cons do not work during cold season so everyone have to open their windows for natural air-con :)
